Come face-to-face with how dieting has interfered with your life and secure your commitment to stop dieting by fighting back against diet culture.

DAY 2

Ditch the Food Rules and Secure the Commitment, Patience & Perseverance in Your Journey. Learn why food rules are damaging and not serving you, and how focusing on the scale is causing you to go deeper into your diet mentality. Understand how commitment, patience and perseverance are key to never diet again and to have a healthy, peaceful relationship with food and body.

About Your Host, Bonnie R. Giller

I am a Registered and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I have my Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition and have worked in medical nutrition therapy and counseling for over 37 years. I help chronic dieters develop trust with themselves and food so they can break free of dieting and live life to the fullest.

Using my signature Intuitive Eating Program, called WholeBody Trust: Intuitive Eating for a Peaceful Life™, I help my clients support and honor their mind and body. I work with adults and teens guiding them in changing their relationship with food and their body. The result is they make peace with food, enjoy guilt-free eating, and live a healthy life they love.

I am very passionate about helping my clients regain trust in themselves and their bodies so they can shift away from a diet mentality and learn to listen to their inner hunger and fullness signals. I am known for providing caring support and motivation as my clients reacquaint themselves with their inner wisdom.

I am the author of 4 books! My most recent book is: Enjoying Food Peace: Recipes and Intuitive Eating Wisdom to Nourish Your Body and Mind, available on Amazon.
